As a customer, you can register and benefit from the services on the application and website and when you use or access the services.

You agree to the following:

Your responsibility to maintain privacy and restrict access to your own account and its use and password is your responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that take place in the name of your account and using your account and password

You must notify us immediately after your account or password is used by other people, or any violation of security standards.

Not to disclose to others any user information provided to you.

Request a car from the application and website.

• Your order details include car specifications, driver data and price, after receiving the car reservation, we work to finalize the reservation procedures with the driver and how to communicate with you and receive a notification of the reservation confirmation.
• In the event of canceling an order by the driver, you have the right to submit a complaint through the support service of the application 
• The application works to provide another car for you.
• In the event of cancellation by the user, the application has the right to deduct an amount of 10 pounds from the value of the trip from the nearest trip that will be used immediately after it, and this may reduce your evaluation in the application 
• You can specify the gender of the driver to increase safety, you can request a woman driver or a man driver to increase safety 
• The customer and the driver must respect each other and not be late to start the trip so that the user is not rated poorly 
• The customer is obligated to pay the value of the trip in full, and the customer can add an amount in his personal account for the application 
• The driver's acceptance of the customer's request is an agreement contract concluded between them in which all the terms and conditions of the contracts and local law are binding on both parties.

Driver Policies 

• The driver of the vehicle must submit all his documents and the vehicle, provided that his license is valid and valid 
• as well as the vehicle's license
• The driver must be at least 21 years old 
• He has to submit the special fraud papers in order to be accepted to deal with him

Payment Methods:

The car can be requested from the application with the possibility of payment from Visa or MasterCard and transfers via an electronic wallet or cash payment for the driver with the possibility of payment in the customer's personal account in the application and that the personal account is treated as a personal wallet.
